This is an outstanding dental office. Dr. Couzens is warm, professional, understanding and kind. Even more importantly, her skills are first rate. I have also been totally satisfied with the hygienist. I always see Sharon, who is thorough, friendly, explains everything as she goes along, and never hurts me. The office is highly efficient, and I have nothing but fantastic things to say about all of them. At Dr. Couzen’s office, everyone does as much as they can to be helpful. I have recommended Dr. Couzens over and over again to friends and family.

The staff and Dr.Cousins were excellent as I had three crowns replaced. Informed me of what was happening, checked in on me, brought me a coffee- very caring. Workmanship excellent.

The good Doc has an excellent staff. I've had the same hygienist for years which makes all of the recommendations pretty easy to adopt based on proven experience. Clearly the driving force is Dr Couzens... leadership via example. Five star experience every visit.

I needed to have a tooth extracted today due to a crack in the tooth. Dr. Vargo did an amazing job! He was thorough and professional, but also very kind and caring. He took the time to explain what to expect during the procedure, and gave me very thorough post-op instructions. Not only that, but he phoned me this evening to see how I was doing AND gave me his cell phone number to call if I had any concerns. What an amazing doctor! What an amazing practice!

Mary Lynne, my hygienist, is terrific. She educates while cleaning. I’ve learned so much about caring for my teeth and solving problems like dry mouth and bleeding gums. Wish I’d been able to have this knowledge and care when I was younger!

This is my first visit to Couzens Dental and they were very accommodating right off the start. Lauren, the hygienist did a thorough job of inspecting and my x-rays were very detailed, etc. And Dr. Lenock was very nice, to the point , honest and I look forward to working with them going forward! They were very professional right from the start.

My husband & I became new patients of Cousins Dental today & we both can’t say enough good things about the practice. We learned about the practice from folks we know here on the island as we were asking around about a practice we could join. I called to make an appointment for us & had a welcoming phone call with the staff. The online registry was easy to complete which made our visit today already easy to check in. Upon our arrival the staff was beyond welcoming! Both of our hygienists, Sharon & Laurie, could not have been more friendly, professional, & thorough. Meeting Dr. Cousins was a joy especially when I had gotten a phone call from her personally the night before our appointment! Everyone talked about patients becoming family in that practice & I think it truly shows! Add that to the knowledge & sharing of information all along the way of the visit makes them a top notch practice!

Very friendly staff who provided a very positive experience.. My Temporary crown came off while I was on vacation. They got me right in for an appointment and I was out in 20 Minutes. I would definitely recommend the Practice and wish it was in Charlotte, North Carolina instead of Hilton Head. Thank you very much for a positive experience.

I can’t say enough good things about Couzens Dental. Dr. Couzens was wonderful, clearly takes pride in her work, and made me feel comfortable and confident in her care. The staff was excellent from start to finish, and I felt I could truly trust the entire team. My overall experience was fantastic. This is a top-notch dental practice.

The staff are professional and are engaging... a pleasant /fun atmosphere. They have first class up to date equipment and tools to give me the best treatment. If I have a question or concern about anything, I know I can talk to Jennifer or any other staff member about it. I would highly recommend them!
